January 21, 2019 (Monday), a welcome reception was held for the participants to the JICA Strategic Port Administration and Management (for port engineers) course.
14 participants were received from 10 countries; Cambodia, Columbia, Indonesia, Kenya, Mozambique, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Tanzania and Togo. Among them, 3 are females: from Cambodia and Sri Lanka. The course continued from January 15 to February 28.
Ceremony started at 18:30, followed by a reception. Some embassies sent diplomats including ambassadors, and had a good time to chat with trainees.
